Aquatru reverse osmosis water filter ($100- $300 off with this link) our body is mostly water and our water is contaminated with over 300 different chemicals now. If you live near farms or golf courses, the chemical run offs are worse. Your Brita or Pur water filter needs to be trashed it is not cutting it. You need to get a reverse osmosis water filter. I'm obsessed with Aquatru I have the countertop version, it has a glass pitcher! I use the alkaline water filter, it adds necessary minerals back so you don't need to add on your own. It lasts so long and is worth the money. I have a stainless steel water bottle that I fill with my own water and bring everywhere.

If you are not ready to buy a water filter, Whole Foods and other health food stores like Sprouts have a Reverse Osmosis water station where you can fill up one of those jumbo jugs of water as well.

Give yourself good salt. This salt is super clean, tasty and loaded with minerals that will keep you healthy and hydrated. I cook with it and use a pinch in my water for better hydration. Detoxing is very drying, make sure you get proper minerals so you don't get headaches. I even travel with this. My incredibly thrifty, picky and Chef Dad threw away his large container of Costco sea salt after tasting this.

Xtrema non-toxic cookware (LINDALIN for 15% discount) I am obsessed with this company! They have the cleanest most versatile cookware that can go from the stove to the oven to the grill. And they are actually non-toxic. Unfortunately a lot of companies like "Caraway," "The Always Pan" and "The Green Pan" are greenwashed and not as clean as they claim. Other companies may have one clean pan in an entire line, it is a confusing and deceptive industry. If you are still cooking with teflon or regular non-stick pans I am slapping you through the computer screen *SLAP* hahaha. Don't buy all this clean food just to cook it on poison! I currently own the "10" sauté pan with lid'" and that's all I need. I can bake bread, quiches in it, cook anything on the stove top and grill with it. Highly recommend this starter piece.

Alaffia body care and hair products - I use the everyday shea or everyday coconut line for shampoo + conditioner, other products are clean as well, you can find it at Whole Foods, Sprouts and natural grocery stores nationwide. Can be a little drying (but I have super long hair) because it does not rely on plastics etc. to coat your hair, I combat this by using coconut and other oils to hydrate my hair once a week. Not an issue for guys 

Dr. Bronner's All in One Magic Soap - I love this stuff, I just use the $3.49 peppermint bar soap. You can find them everywhere even in Trader Joe's. Gents, and ladies with short hair, you can even wash your hair with this
Pact Organic cotton apparel + athletic wear less pricey than Mate the Label but surprisingly just as high quality. Stylistically I vibe with Mate the Label more that's why I lean towards that brand. The leggings are honestly just as good and cheaper, I like the way Mate the Label's sports bra fits more but try for yourself we have different bodies. They are so easy to return if something doesn't work out. Gents, I don't have experience in your styles but I trust the quality is superb.
