“Before I met Linda, I spent THOUSANDS of dollars with western doctors, dermatologists, and doctors who in general made me feel like I made up all of my symptoms and issues with my health. “Linda changed my life in ways I never thought would happen for me. I had my daughter 7 months ago and began working with Linda shortly after. “Working with Linda has been truly life changing. About a year after having my son, I had stopped breastfeeding and my weight skyrocketed. I was exercising, watching portions, and would buy bigger clothes, only to grow out of them two weeks later. “I would consider myself to be a health-conscious individual. I’ve always taken pretty good care of myself, and been mindful about eating a clean balanced diet and being active. And my adherence to her recommendations hasn't been perfect. I've gone too heavy on spinach and eggs and not heavy enough on things I've had a harder time finding. But I've been consistently getting better—in my awareness about nutrition, and in the way I feel physically and mentally. And it doesn't hurt that I've lost 13 pounds in the process.”

“Linda is such a great teacher and was able to explain to me how our bodies react to different foods in a way I’ve never understood before. “Prior to working with Linda, my relationship with food was a manifestation of my relationship with self: it lacked trust, compassion and love. As a teenager I struggled with disordered eating which is synonymous with extreme weight fluctuations. While I healed from my diagnosed disorder (bulimia); my disordered behavior morphed into more subtle, easier to hide actions: exercise bulimia, sneaking food and skipping meals. 

I sometimes think that my avoidance of food led to me moving through life at a breakneck pace, always trying to find something to do, some project to complete or something to fix in myself or others because I never wanted to be still and face what I was doing. Stop and smell the roses was my anti-slogan; and my avoidant approach left me unhealthy and burnt out. 

Linda’s approach to nutrition and eating changed all of that. I can sum it up with two overarching words: intention and knowledge. Food is a huge part of our daily lives. Linda focuses on the WHY behind what we eat and that knowledge creates lasting change. After a month of working with Linda, I was shocked at the improvement in my alertness and by how much weight I lost by simply eating the way she guided me to eat (seriously multiple people asked me what I was doing at the gym!).

Also, rather than treating a meal as an afterthought; instead, having to intentionally shop for food: thinking about where it came from or how it was raised–creates respect for food. I cannot understate how monumental the shift in my mindset around food is and the trickle down effect that has had leading me to improve other aspects of my life.

“Before I began with Linda my diet was fast food, candy and ice cream almost every other day. I wanted so badly to stop my terrible eating habits but wasn't sure how to even begin. And even when I did try to attempt to change my diet I had terrible cravings that I thought just wouldn't quit. That all changed the day I began my nutritional plan with Linda. The beginning was super challenging, but Linda kept assuring me that with time it would become easier, and she wasn't lying.

Even from the beginning of the diet I could feel a difference in my mental and physical health. Linda has helped me to restart a journey to better health this year. I am almost 64 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes, GERD, high cholesterol and fibromyalgia. I was on medications for all of these conditions. I have since been able to discontinue or reduce my medications after 20 weeks of working with Linda.

Linda did a thorough, timely assessment of my health. She was careful to cover all areas of my health and lifestyle. She developed a personalized plan for me and carefully guided me along the way. It was not easy at first, but it was much easier as time went on. 

Linda taught me about eating whole foods and checking ingredients on labels. I have learned so much about how harmful the added sugar, oils, etc. can be for my health. I put this new knowledge to use every day when shopping and preparing meals. My husband has also benefitted from the new way of eating. 

Linda is very positive and encouraging. She was very consistent about keeping in touch and responding to my texts as soon as possible.
